Ashley Morgan has spent over fifteen years producing events ranging from large-scale arts industry shows that draw thousands of visitors to smaller receptions geared toward niche audiences. After spending several years working for the American Craft Council as their show operations manager, Ashley embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and launched AM Productions, taking on the Council as her first client. Since then her client list has grown exponentially and has included the Museum of Art & Design, the Robert J. Miller Foundation and the Essence Music Festival. She has worked with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $3,000,000, using sound business strategies to create unique and memorable events. From production management to strategic planning to content marketing and beyond, Ashley has established herself as industry expert.
In 2002 Ashley put her entrepreneurial skills to the test when she purchased her first investment property and acted on a long time interest in real estate and development. Ashley is now ready to transition full time into the industry after developing a feasibility study for a real estate while attending the Rutgers University Executive MBA program. That idea launched in 2017 as ReNeighbor, a non profit focused on helping urban families build generational wealth through home ownership. Inspired by the desire to create a neighborhood her children can be proud of, Ashley is ready to help other Newark residents obtain ownership in their community.
