Mr. Hansgregory C. Hartmann, also known as Hans, has been Chief Operating Officer of Oculus VR, LLC since May 2016. Mr. Hartmann served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fitbit Inc. from February 2011 to May 2016. Mr. Hartmann served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Dash Navigation, Inc. Mr. Hartmann has more than 25 years of industry experience. He has a proven track record in product development, supply chain and information technology executive management. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Skyline Solar, Inc. Mr. Hartmann served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Element Labs where he drove the introduction and ramped the supply chain for multiple high end LED based display systems culminating in a successful acquisition by the industry leader Barco. He has made high-impact, senior level contributions to technology companies in manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality engineering, information technology and reseller channel development. He served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations at OQO, Inc. Prior to joining OQO, Mr. Hartmann served as Vice President of Operations at Jet Fax Inc., Converge Net Technologies (acquired by Dell Computer), Force10 Networks and Wave7 Optics. While at Wave7 Optics, the leader in fiber to the home solutions for video, voice and high bandwidth services, Mr. Hartmann developed the high volume manufacturing and supply chain capability which resulted in industry leading product quality, cost and availability. Mr. Hartmann spent 15 years at Hewlett Packard in various engineering and managerial positions in operations, quality engineering and channel marketing in the personal computer and printer business units. He also worked at Ultra Mobile PC. Mr. Hartmann served as Director of OQO, Inc. Mr. Hartmann holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
