NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, October 12, 2023 – Black, Latine and queer owned owned co-working space Equal Space has announced their program for Newark Tech Week (NTW). The events spanning from October 16-20th will include robust programming supporting Newark’s thriving tech community.
The event’s mission is to fuel Newark’s innovation economy and provide a dynamic platform for startup tech enthusiasts and creative entrepreneurs. NTW was created to provide a space for diverse perspectives to flourish supporting innovation, culture, and inclusivity within the tech industry.

Newark- based Audible, recently deepened its investment in Newark’s tech community, with the launch of its new business attraction program, which aims to equitably grow Newark’s tech ecosystem by helping diverse and innovative companies join Audible in Newark. The program works to boost local spending to preserve and create jobs, targeting startups with at least 10 employees, at the seed or Series A stage, which are looking to expand or relocate to Newark.
